Once paid, the deposit is non refundable in the case of cancellation. The deposit however can be used for future reservations or other services at Eagle Pointe Golf Resort in the case of a cancellation.
Any balance, which may include golf, additional rent for condo’s meeting spaces, catering, and golf is due upon check-in. Any damages and lost or stolen items will be charged to your account upon departure. Unless otherwise agreed upon, payment is to be received in one sum amount. Eagle Pointe Golf Resort would be glad to provide you with amounts per person, however collection from each member shall be handled among members of the group. One person is responsible for payment.
You will be responsible for informing all members of your group that check-in is at 4pm and check-out promptly at 11am, unless otherwise agreed upon.
All group members agree to follow all Eagle Pointe Rules and Guidelines (including condo guidelines and course rules). See our Accommodations FAQ page for more information on Eagle Pointe Rules and Guidelines.
Any changes to the event (including tee times, condos reserved, etc) must be made no later than seven days prior to the arrival date. No changes to this contract will be honored after that date. This includes, Tee Times, condo reserved, etc.
In case of rain or other weather related issues that cause inability to golf, the pro shop will issue a rain check which will allow the group to golf at a later tee time.
If Eagle Pointe is unable to hold tee times booked by your group Eagle Pointe will book tee times at another course. Eagle Pointe will take care of this expense.
