What We Provide

Customizeable Services
Services available upon request include individualized scorecards and cart signs, cart staging and scoreboard. We will also provide contest materials (longest drive, closest-to-the-pin and longest putt), registration table setup and professional scoring.

Other Services
Other services available for an additional fee include club storage, rental clubs, tournament clinics, beat the pro competitions and having the pro hit shots on a designated hole.

Pro Shop
We have a wonderful pro shop stocked with equipment, accessories and apparel adorned with and without our Eagle Pointe logo. We also offer gift certificates and have the ability to special order tournament gifts or other merchandise such as custom logo balls designed specifically for your event (please allow one month for special orders).

Customized services must be indicated on your outing contract. To initiate a contract you will need to fill out the Golf Outing Request Form.

Reservation Guidelines

Shotgun Starts
Shotgun starts are available to as few as 40 golfers.

To reserve the entire course for an 8:00 a.m. (or earlier) start or a 1:00 p.m. (or later) start, we require that you have at least 100 golfers.

Tee Time & Modified Shotgun Starts
Tee time or modified shotgun events may be scheduled by agreement on an individual basis with the Golf Professional and are not confined to the same guidelines as a full shotgun. We require that you have (or pay for) at least 40 golfers to have a modified shotgun.

Deposit
To reserve a golf outing, a deposit of $500 is required. The deposit is refundable only if cancellation is made at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of the event.

Confirmation of # of Golfers
The number of golfers will be confirmed one (1) week prior to the event.

Weather Conditions
In case of inclement weather, where the golf course is deemed unsafe or unplayable by the professional staff, the tournament can be rescheduled.

Local Rules

Dress Code
Men must wear either a collared or mock neck golf shirt at all times. Women must wear a golf shirt with either sleeves or a collar of any kind at all times.

T-shirts, cut off jeans, sweatpants and tank tops are not allowed.

Eagle Pointe is a softspikes only golf course.

Catering

Catering is available for outings of any size. For golf outings, we offer a variety of lunch and dinner options from boxed meals to buffets.

Beverage carts are available upon request. It can be stocked with an assortment of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and snacks.

Please Note: All alcoholic beverages and soft drinks must be purchased from Eagle Pointe Resort. Personal coolers may not be brought onto resort property.

Accommodations

We offer a variety of accommodations for your golf outing. We offer condominiums of all sizes available to your outing participants. You can make a reservation through your golf outing coordinator or you can call the Reservations Desk at 812-824-4040.
