Catering Information, Procedures, and Arrangements

  • Eagle Pointe Golf Resort’s professional catering staff is available to assist with your private dining and entertainment plans. We urge you to take full advantage of our imagination and expertise.

Menu Selection

  • In order to assure the availability of all chosen items, your menu selection should be submitted to the catering office four (4) weeks prior to your function date.

Meal Guarantees

  • A final guarantee of attendance must be submitted one (1) week prior to the date of your function.
  • Guarantees not called in will be based on estimated attendance or actual attendance, whichever is greater.


  • We can assist you in selecting your flower arrangements, linens, and music.
  • Special arrangements for your function, such as ice sculptures, will be provided at a prearranged fee.
  • Pre-approved signs are permitted in the registration and private room areas.
  • Confetti, rice, and birdseed are not allowed in any area under any circumstances.

Audio/Visual Request

  • If you are searching for a qualified, experienced DJ for your event, just ask. We will recommend those who have provided the most fun for our guests. You are welcome to rent a microphone, speaker, projector, or screen from us.

Food and Beverage Service

  • The Indiana State Liquor Commission regulates the sales and serving of alcoholic beverages.
  • Eagle Pointe Golf Resort is responsible for all of these regulations.
  • Liquor cannot be brought onto the property from outside sources, nor can it be used in our parking lots.
  • Additionally, Eagle Pointe does not allow food to be brought in whether purchased or catered from outside sources. The exception to this policy is having a special occasion cake (wedding cake).

Room Deposit and Payment Procedures

  • Full payment is due one week prior to your event.
  • In the case of an open bar or wine corking fees, payment is required at the conclusion of the event.

Rice, Birdseed & Confetti

  • Rice, birdseed, confetti, etc. are not allowed in any area under any circumstances. If these items are found inside or outside the building, an additional $200 clean-up fee will be charged.
  • If thrown outside, an additional $150 clean up fee will be assessed.
