2011 Memberships

Platinum Membership

NO INITIATION FEE!

Single
$1,200 per year

Couple
$1,600 per year

Family
$1,900 per year

Benefits:
Unlimited golf at cart fee only ($16 for 18 holes/$9 for 9 holes) at Eagle Pointe; member charge account; 20% discount on regularly priced golf shop merchandise; access to member-only tournaments; discounted guest rates; discounts on select condo rentals; and free use of the swimming pool and tennis & basketball courts.

Social Memberships

NO INITIATION FEE!

Dues
$200 per year

Benefits
For a nominal fee, social members are given access to a charge account. This charge account can be used in all areas of the Resort for golf fees, merchandise and food & beverages. Members are billed once a month. Social members do not receive the benefits or discounts provided to full members.

Junior Memberships (17 and under)

Dues
$600 per year

Benefits
A junior membership allows juniors 17 and under to play anytime during the week and after 12:00pm on the weekends. To rent a golf cart, junior members must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+ years of age with a valid drivers license).

Range Pass $200
Locker $50

All inclusive package - for an additional $650 per person
($550 if you own and use your own cart),
you will get unlimited carts & unlimited range balls
(P.S.A. members are not eligible for a 50% discount)

* All P.S.A. Members (Eagle Pointe Golf Resort Property Owners)
and Full Term Residents get a 50% discount off the regular price of membership
